Exploring True Colors in Restaurant Ops


Well beyond "may I  take your order" and "would you like extra sour cream with that," district and general managers at Rosa's Cafe (27 fast-casual restaurants in Texas, Oklahoma) are using True Colors to not only improve communication and morale among employees, but to learn how to better accomplish daily operational duties and how to develop more successful customer interactions at the point-of-purchase.  What restaurant comes to your mind when you think of outstanding service?
