True Colors at Chicago Healthcare Event

On Friday, June 6th, I will be presenting a breakout session at the 19th Annual Chicago Area Healthcare Recruiters Conference.  The theme of the conference is "meeting the challenges of recruitment and retention." Having a firm understanding of ones True Colors (personality makeup) is a critical step toward improving the percentages for attaining quality recruits in a more time and cost-efficient manner.  Further, understanding the motivations behind each personality color will always manifest itself in improved employee retention.  In what ways do you think your employer could improve retention at your workplace?
